AI Sprint · a focused team program

Get rid of the manual work, and upskill the people doing it.

A focused AI program for a team of up to 10. Together we rebuild at least three of your real, time-draining processes with AI, and your people leave able to keep going on their own. Start where the work hurts most, then widen out across the company when you are ready.

The AI iceberg

Most teams only use the tip of AI.

The chat window is the surface. The real value, hours back every week, sits below it. A Sprint takes your team down through the layers, on your own real processes, until they can build there themselves.

A Sprint takes your team through layers 1 to 3, on your real work. Layer 4 is where it is all heading; your people leave knowing what to look for when the time comes.

Who it's for

Built for teams who want results, fast.

The pain
Drowning in repetitive work

Your team loses hours every week to manual tasks. We rebuild the worst of them, live, with your own people.

Under pressure
Told to "do something with AI"

You need real, visible results to show leadership, not another initiative that quietly fizzles out.

Leadership team
Leaders who want to go first

Change your own processes before committing the company, so you decide what to roll out to your teams from real experience, not a pitch.

Already advanced
Past the basics, want depth

Skip the slow ramp and go straight to assistants, automations and agents on your harder processes.

Not quite the fit? To upskill a whole company of 28 to 120 people, start with AI Skills Development. If it is just you, the 2-day workshop is your path.

Tools

Master one environment. That is the whole game.

Microsoft Copilot Google Gemini ChatGPT Claude

We go deep on the one you already use, not wide across all four. The Sprint is where your team finally puts the assistant and automation features you already pay for to work, on your real processes. Then we add the no-code layer where whole routines start running on their own.

Automation layer Make n8n
What's inside

How your team actually gets there.

Every step runs on your real processes, with at least a week between sessions so people apply what they learn in between.

  1. 01
    Prep

We tailor it to your work

Before we start, a short questionnaire, and quick interviews if useful, maps your daily tasks and most time-draining processes. We pick the right tools and prepare live examples from your actual work for the first session.

  2. 02
    Live session

You see what is actually possible

The first session is our AI Opportunities block: we show the chosen AI tools live on your real processes, walk through the AI iceberg, and pick the tools that fit your tasks. Not about automating yet, it is about opening your eyes to what AI can do. Already ran that session? The Sprint picks up right where it left off.

  3. 03
    Homework

    You put it to use

Use AI on at least one task a day, around 15 to 20 minutes, and note what works. As your sense of the possibilities grows, you bring your real processes into the workshop.

  4. 04
    Live session

    You rebuild your processes, hands-on

The workshop goes deep through your own processes with Copilot Agents, NotebookLM and Claude Cowork. Each person builds assistants and automations for their own tasks, we tackle what you brought from homework, cover safe-AI-use rules, and agree how to share it with the rest of the team.

  5. 05
    Check-in

It sticks, and you plan what's next

Two weeks on, we meet again: what took root, where questions remain, and the "AI isn't working for me" moments, which we solve together. We map the next steps, including what to pass to your teams and how to bring them in.

Choose your scope

Three sizes, same hands-on method.

Every package starts with preparation, so the sessions are built around your real work. Pick the depth that fits your team.

What you walk away with

Real wins, and the people to repeat them.

At least three rebuilt processes

Concrete, working AI solutions for your real day-to-day work, not slideware, built during the program by your own people.

Internal AI champions

A handful of people with deepening skills, able to spot the next process worth rebuilding and bring colleagues along.

A foundation to widen out

Real results from your own team make the case for going company-wide, when and if you choose to.

Proof

Real teams, real hours back.

Questions

Good to know.

Who should take part?

A focused group of your most motivated people, a team of up to 10, who are ready to roll up their sleeves. They become the internal champions who carry AI to the rest of the company afterwards.

How long does it take?

Sessions run at least a week apart, so your team can apply what they learn between them on real work. Starter spans about two weeks; with the follow-up check-in, Standard and Extended run over roughly a month, without taking everyone off the floor.

Will this disrupt a busy team?

No. It is a handful of short sessions spread a week or more apart, run remotely or in person, on the work your team already does. People apply it between sessions, so it fits around the day job rather than stopping it.

What tools or licences do we need?

Usually nothing beyond what you already pay for. We go deep on the one AI environment your team already uses, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, ChatGPT or Claude, and add free or low-cost no-code tools for the automation layer.

Our processes feel too specific for this.

That is exactly the point. Everything is built on your real processes, never generic demos, so the more specific the work, the more the Sprint is worth. The prep survey lets us tailor the tools before we start.

How is this different from an online AI course?

A course teaches AI in the abstract and hopes it sticks. The Sprint rebuilds your actual processes, live, with your own people, so you leave with working solutions already running, not a certificate.

What is the follow-up check-in?

A couple of weeks after the workshops, we meet again to troubleshoot what came up once people put the new processes into daily use. This is when most of the real questions surface, so the check-in is what makes the change actually hold. It is included in the Standard and Extended packages.

Our team is already advanced, will it be too basic?

The prep step lets us calibrate. Advanced groups skip the slow ramp and go straight to the harder processes: assistants, no-code automations, the layers most teams never reach.

How is pricing decided?

It depends on the package and the size of the group. We share pricing on a quick call, or you can book the program and we will confirm scope and cost before anything is paid.
