Everyone understands what AI can do and has the practical habits to apply it to their own daily work, not just the early adopters.
Your whole team, automating its own work.
Four hands-on sessions that take your people from their first prompts to working automations, all built on the tasks they already do every day. They leave able to redesign the busywork out of their own week, no data team required.
Past dabbling, ready for real capability.
If your team has the tools but the repetitive work is still done by hand, this is the program that closes that gap.
Inboxes, reports, data entry, summaries, the manual work quietly eating hours every week. We rebuild it, live, with them.
A few people experiment, but it has not spread. This turns scattered curiosity into shared, practical habits across the whole team.
You want your own people able to build and keep going, not a consultant they have to call every time something changes.
Four sessions, each one level deeper.
We move down the AI iceberg together: from one-off prompts to assistants that hold context, to automations that run without anyone watching.
- 01 Session one
AI queries
The core moves: how to ask, what good looks like, and the key features of your chosen tool. Everyone leaves using it on real tasks the same day.
Socratic prompting, data-security basics, NotebookLM and Pages.
- 02 Session two
AI assistants
Assistants that hold context across your work: email, documents, consolidating data. Each person builds at least two assistants for their own role.
Copilot in Excel, Word, Teams and SharePoint; Copilot Agent; Claude Projects.
- 03 Session three
Automations
Connecting systems so processes run on their own, with the no-code tools that fit your stack. The first real busywork starts disappearing.
Automations vs assistants; at least three of your real processes demoed live.
- 04 Session four
Practice & troubleshooting
A working session for the real blockers: the honest "AI isn't working for me" problems, solved together, so the habit actually sticks.
Between sessions, short practical homework runs through our Learning Platform, with feedback and session recordings.
Skills your team keeps, long after we leave.
Every participant leaves with AI assistants they built themselves, already saving time on real tasks.
The ability to build new assistants and automations on their own, so the capability grows after the program ends.
The team knows how to get past the common "it doesn't work" walls, so momentum doesn't stall the moment we step away.
Three packages, same hands-on method.
The four sessions are the backbone of every package. The bigger ones add leadership direction, internal champions and support, up to a full company transformation. We scope the right size with you on one call.

Teams that did this, and what changed.
Daily AI users more than doubled across the company, with 8 real processes automated by the team itself, not by us.
A support assistant built in week three, now spreading department to department.
3,000 invoices that took three people a week, now done in about two hours.
This course exceeded my expectations, providing practical knowledge and tools. Our employees can now easily get answers from our internal database through MS Teams. I recommend this course to all managers looking for inspiration and practical solutions.
Simona MatiukienėCEO, BNM Finance It was truly useful, practical, and highly relevant for daily work. The feedback frequently highlighted that you provided concrete, directly applicable information, and encouraged people to more actively use these tools for optimizing administrative and routine tasks.
Good to know.
Who is this for?
Whole teams and departments, from around 28 up to 120 people, who already have AI tools but are not yet getting real time back from them. No technical background needed: we start from the work your people do every day.
Which AI tools do you teach?
We go deep on one environment rather than wide across many, usually the one you already pay for (Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, ChatGPT or Claude), plus no-code automation tools like Make and n8n where they fit. The habits transfer across tools, so you are not betting on a single vendor.
How much time does it take from the team?
Around 11 hours of live sessions across four meetings, spread over a few weeks, plus short practical homework on your own processes between sessions. Sessions can run live or fully remote, and they are recorded.
Which package should we choose?
Core is the four-session program itself. Guided, the one most teams choose, adds leader strategy sessions and an AI Ambassadors kickoff so the change has direction and internal champions. Full transformation is the whole system: a company-wide kickoff event, the ambassador sprint, support and a closing ROI report. We scope the right size with you on a call.
How is pricing decided?
It depends on team size and package. We share pricing once we understand your scope, just book a call and we will walk you through it.
Where to go next.
