On 13 November 2025, Odeta Isevičiūtė spoke at Lietuvos verslo forumas 2025 (Lithuanian Business Forum) in Vilnius. Her session: "Kaip įdarbinti dirbtinį intelektą (DI)? Jūsų organizacijos 6 savaičių veiksmų žemėlapis" ("How to put AI to work: your organisation's 6-week action map").

The event

Lietuvos verslo forumas is an annual one-day business forum organised by Confinn. The 2025 edition took place at the Radisson Blu Hotel Lietuva in Vilnius. The programme ran in several halls at once: the main stage hosted discussions on the economy, geopolitical risks and Lithuania's direction, while the other halls offered talks and practical workshops on leadership, people in organisations and AI [1]. Participants could attend in person or online.

What we did there

Odeta spoke in Lithuanian, in the afternoon programme in the GAMMA hall. The session was filmed. According to the forum programme, it set out to answer where an organisation should start with AI and how to move from theory to real results [2].

She opened with common AI myths, from "AI agents don't work" to "your competitors have already saved €100k with AI". Then a date: 22 November 2022, the launch of ChatGPT. Generative AI was less than three years old.

From there she showed why new technology takes ±30–70 years to reach its full impact, and why generative AI is infrastructure, like the smartphone: apps and features first, new business and behaviour models later. Four tips followed, then the practical half: the AI Iceberg, AI strategy and two paths to AI adoption.

Three takeaways from the talk

1. Be patient, and use the AI already in your stack

Odeta's first tip: the technology that will change your company most in the generative AI era is probably still being built. The big AI ecosystems that grew out of the 2023 AI boom are converging, and a custom AI solution you pay for today may end up absorbed into a tool you already use.

So her second tip was to get the most out of the AI built into the systems you already have: Copilot in Microsoft 365, Gemini in Google Workspace, Omni in Airtable. Your team already knows where to find them.

2. Climb the AI Iceberg on one real task

To show the levels of the AI Iceberg, Odeta took one task through all four: preparing a commercial offer.

  • AI Prompts: you generate one offer, once. A good prompt has a role, context, a task and a format. Her three-step method: ask AI to name the five most successful B2B sales strategists, have it act as one of them and build a 6-month sales plan for your business, then have it evaluate that strategy as each of the others.
  • AI Assistants: a GPT or a Gem keeps the instructions and context, so every offer comes out to the same standard. A person still runs it.
  • AI Automations: the system reads incoming emails, analyses the request, prepares the offer and hands it to you for review. It runs without a person and connects systems.
  • Agents and agentic systems: offer preparation linked with customer service, production and logistics. It plans, adapts and learns on its own.

Every level after that needs infrastructure, models and data, and an AI strategy that covers processes, people, data, security, compliance, the business model, integrations, budget and time. Without one, as Odeta put it, you're shooting in the dark.

3. Choose your path: a custom build or a growing team of AI ambassadors

Odeta described two ways a company can adopt AI. One is a custom AI solution built for the company. The other is a growing team of AI ambassadors plus a set of areas where people use AI tools. An AI ambassador combines three things: knowledge of what AI can do, a growth mindset and a good grasp of the company's processes.

Her example came from Kärcher. After ChangeAI's AI Mastery Program training, the customer service and logistics lead built two assistants. The first, in NotebookLM, holds the company's FAQ, procedures and colleagues' templates, and finds the answer to a customer question. The second, a Gemini Gem with example replies and the right tone, drafts the response. She saved 10+ hours in the first week, made fewer errors, and other departments asked for the same assistants.

Odeta closed with a call to choose the AI path wisely, and with her own utopia for 2050.
