Where to find ChangeAI this September

On 10 September, Odeta Isevičiūtė speaks at the Agmis × SoftwareOne event in Vilnius. On 23 September, ChangeAI runs its one-day intensive AI workshop in Vilnius. On 29 September, Odeta opens the WSA Lithuania final with a keynote.
Each event looks at a different part of the same question: where should AI start working in a company so the team can feel the result in its own week?
10 September, Vilnius: decisions AI cannot make for a leader
At “AI for Leaders: Decisions That Change Business”, Odeta will give the talk “Do not automate chaos: three decisions AI will not make for a leader.”
The event brings together leaders, IT specialists and people making AI decisions inside their companies. Its programme covers the areas organisations need to work through: where AI already creates useful outcomes in Lithuania, how to manage risk and responsibility, and how to assess return on investment.
Odeta’s session centres on three choices that belong with the company:
- which data AI can see and use;
- which AI skills the people using those systems need;
- which processes are ready for automation first.
Those choices decide whether AI remains a one-off tool or becomes a reliable part of the way a team works. A strong first project has a clear process, a person responsible for the result and a way to check whether it has genuinely returned time to the team.
Agmis and SoftwareOne are hosting the event. Odeta joins the programme as ChangeAI’s founder and a speaker alongside legal, technology and investment perspectives.

23 September, Vilnius: one day with your own processes
The ChangeAI workshop in Vilnius is for people who already use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot and want to bring that use into a real business process. Participants bring work that repeats every week: a report, customer enquiries, Excel files, proposal preparation or data entry.
Over one intensive day, 09:30 to 17:00, they build three AI assistants for their own work and one working automation. They leave with a 30-day plan and 2 support sessions for the questions that arise as the new way of working reaches the company.
The workshop starts with the process itself: where it begins, what information it needs, what a person checks and when the output is ready for its next step.
That makes it useful for leaders and people responsible for recurring work in operations, finance, logistics, HR, sales and projects. The small group gives participants time to work with their own material.

29 September, Vilnius: “Poveikio kodas”
On 29 September, Solo Society City House in Vilnius hosts “Poveikio kodas: Skaitmeninis knygnešys / WSA Lietuva 2026 m. finalas”. It is Lithuania’s national final for digital solutions competing for a nomination to the global World Summit Awards.
Odeta opens the programme with the keynote “From Digital Innovation to Real Impact: What Global WSA Experience Teaches Lithuania”. It is an important place for ChangeAI’s point of view: technology earns its place through the problem it solves and the people accountable for the outcome.
The programme includes stories from Lithuanian WSA winners EditAI and Elicėjus, an open discussion on the conditions that help meaningful digital innovation grow, finalist pitches across eight categories, mentoring with WSA alumni and the awards ceremony.
ChangeAI is one of the competition’s friends, and Odeta represents the Lithuanian WSA alumni network. The final brings together technology builders and business people who want to see how an idea becomes a solution with a clear problem, a capable team and responsibility for its impact.
Which event fits your next step?
The 10 September event is for leaders who want to make sound first decisions about AI. The 23 September workshop is for people ready to rebuild a concrete process. The WSA Lithuania final is for people interested in technology with an impact beyond a single company.
If your team wants to start with one real process, reserve a place at the ChangeAI workshop.
