3. AI Upskilling: A subscription-based service offering practical AI skill-building through online sessions, community engagement, and curated resources to enhance AI adoption and expertise.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 All services are priced as stated on our website or in formal proposals. Payments must be made in full before service delivery unless otherwise agreed.

2.2 Subscription services are billed on a recurring basis, with payment due at the beginning of each billing cycle.

2.3 Once payment is processed, all services are non-refundable, including completed and ongoing projects or subscriptions.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.2 Ensure timely access to relevant stakeholders, systems, and materials.

3.3 Actively participate in workshops, feedback sessions, and deliverable reviews.

4. Service Delivery

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All deliverables (AI roadmaps, prototypes, and educational content) remain the intellectual property of ChangeAI until full payment is received.

5.2 You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables solely for your internal business purposes.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 Both parties agree to keep all non-public information confidential and use it solely for service delivery.

6.2 This obligation of confidentiality survives the termination of the service relationship.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 ChangeAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

7.2 Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.

8. Amendments

8.1 We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
